Deprescribing Benzodiazepines
The Deprescribing Benzodiazepines pathway will take you step-wise through the A-TAPER process for deprescibing benzodiazepines. The focus of this process is on patients 65 years of age and older. However, the process may be adapted and applied to other patient populations as needed.
